The trainer is getting trained....Yup. I know...I know...I give classes and I train some great people so why do I need the extra...I do!!! This is for me and I need to do it...It will help me stay consistant. Apart from doing some weights and doing about half of the classes I teach...(doing as in participating, as well) I will be taking an Abs, Legs and Core express 45 min training twice a week at work with Linda...the company's main trainer....right next to the office.,,in our gymnasium..How convenient....no excuses on my part moving forward...it's 10 weeks...If I can get in 4-5 times of training with my hectic schedule, it would be great...no...correctopn...it would be fantastic!!!
On a different note, for those following, I did my final exam today..for those just tuning in...this chicita is back at school (1 class for now) and just finishing off a semester. I have to admit, I was more stressed than usual for this one, but it'as done and I actually think I did well despite the fact I didn't get as much study time as I would have like....let you know the results as soon as there in.
Meanwhile...back on a training and progress note...I haven't weighed in in a few weeks....boooo...and a major thumbs down to me...need to do it and will this weekend. I have, however, been writing in my food journal and tracking my eating habits of my everyday...much room for improvement, I have to admit, lately anyway...so re-routing as we speak!
