Objective: 8-10 lbs
Deadline: Sept. 10th (5 wks)
The 'NO' RulZ to Follow:
#1 NO restaurant foods Monday-Friday (only exception is for an event and it better be an important one!)
#2 NO sugar EVER (exception is the good sugars from fruits and 1 tasting I will to do for my wedding pastries)
#3 NO creamy sauces.
#4 NO white flour - if it's not whole wheat, is CANNOT enter this body.
#5 NO carbs after 6pm.
#6 NO sweetners from Monday-Friday (This is a biggy for me, you have no idea!!!!...those that know me, know that I love to drink orange/black tea and with it a tsp of Splenda)...I'll allow myself to have some on the weekend.
That's alot of NO's...But it is what it is...it's one thing to maintain but before you hit the maintanance stage there's the extra stuff you have to do before to get to where you want to be.
I promise myself to train (any training) at least 4 times a week. Yes 4...but efficiently...each session is no longer than 1 hour.
I promise to eat plenty of veggies and fruits.
I promise to eat a controlled portion of complex carbs (breads, rice, pastas, etc...) during the day.
I promise to fit so nicely in my wedding dress that I'll be able to dance the night away.
I promise to fit in my favorite pair of jeans.
And I promise to straighten my hair at least once a week. (lol...I thought I'd add that in cause I'd really like to do it but never squeeze the time in...I will squeeze...lol)
Why this challenge? I did great in the last challenge, as I posted last, and lost a lot of inches and % body fat...now to take it up one more notch. After that last post, I maintained my weight. Ate like most people and watched out less...so the result...well, nothing...I stayed the same weight and actually feel a little bloated. Maintaining isn't really the biggest issue for me....it's staying on the ball to keep the number on the scale decreasing. Hence the above mentioned 'rulZ'...
It's on!
